Introduction
www.amlaw.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a website operated by Adrian Maciuceanu – Law Firm, registered at the Bucharest Bar, having national Fiscal Identification Code 43493085 and VIES VAT Code RO43958520, represented by lawyer Adrian Maciuceanu who is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2008. For G.D.P.R. compliance purposes, the Site is hosted on a server located in the European Union with an EU hosting provider.
About AM LAW
AM LAW is the name and brand under which Adrian Maciuceanu – Law Firm, provides legal services and online legal services to its clients around the world, specifically from the European Union and / or from the European Economic Area. Any reference to AM LAW shall be considered as made to the law firm mentioned above.
Terms of use
By using the Site, you understand and accept the fact that these general Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and AM LAW and cover your use of the Site, including all products and services, information or software, made available through the Site. In order to use the Site, you must have the legal age of majority your country of residence, as the use of the Site is permitted only to those above the age of 18. Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use the Site. The Site is offered to you conditional upon your acceptance of the Terms, the Privacy Policy and any disclaimers or notices contained in them and the Site itself. Legal work
By using the Site, you understand and accept the fact that any legal work done will not be governed by these Terms but will instead be governed by the separate rights and obligations provided in the legal assistance contract signed between the parties and accepted by you before any legal work commences.
We reserve the right to reject questions you ask through the contact form on the Site without providing a reason. Usually, the reasons for rejecting questions are mainly due to the following facts: we do not cover that type of legal work; we are not available at that moment for that type of legal work; you are unable or unwilling to pay for the legal services requested; or there are ethical, regulatory or other moral or legal reasons to refuse.
Fees
By using the Site, you understand and accept the fact that we reserve the right to change the fees mentioned on the Site from time to time, but our price changes will always apply for the future and will not affect your already contracted legal service.

If you are a consumer client and have contracted with AM LAW via electronic media only, and you are unhappy with the service provided but have not been able to resolve your complaint with us, you are entitled to submit a complaint to an “alternative dispute resolution” (ADR) body via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Please note that we are entitled not to submit to the ADR process.
